Khammam RTC region will run 375 special buses from Khammam and Kothagudem during Sammakka-Saralamma festival to Medaram.
Hyderabad to Medaram Bus Timings
Though the festival will be held from January 30 to February 2, the RTC officials will run them from January 28 to February 4. About 175 buses will be operated from Khammam and 200 buses from Kothagudem.
